Like shit there’s space battles where ENTIRE FUCKING STAR SYSTEMS are being thrown around, Pitch turns children into his Fearling armies, there’s psychological torture with a bad end, lots of war orphans, Toothiana is a fucking Warrior Queen with a castle in the sky and winged elephants and swords who fought a Monkey King and won, Bunnymund can fucking TIME TRAVEL and North is a fucking technomancing wizard ON TOP OF BEING THE MOST BADASS COSSACK TO EVER LIVE. Not to mention the mindbreaking regression from literal embodiment of fear to terrified father that Pitch is going through as of the end of the most recent book.
